Engagement of Services

Engagement Letter

Before commencing work, Goldstein Accountants will normally issue a written engagement letter or service agreement outlining:

Fees and Payment Terms

Payment Terms

  • Monthly services may require payment in advance

Late Payment

  • Recover reasonable debt recovery costs
  • Suspend ongoing services until payment is received

Electronic Communication

Termination of Services

By Either Party

Either party may terminate services in writing.

Immediate Termination

We may terminate immediately where:

  • Fees remain unpaid
  • False information is provided
  • Legal or ethical concerns arise

Upon termination, outstanding fees become payable immediately.
